I have to admit, my first guess would be Uncle George Best? Anyone else have a guess?

I agree with your guess, but I couldn't be positive. How about a guess as to where the photo was taken and whose dog it is??? Is is on Grampa Clements farm or Aunt Ninnie's? Could it be the house they lived in before moving to Freeport Road?
